Whether it's a UK Tour or here in London, (on or off West End), an established long-runner or newcomer, it's always an exciting venture. Over the years, Tommy has built strong relationships with industry professionals who are key to enhancing the sales potential of each production.  Tommy has project managed a brand-new venture merging theatre and tourism together with the launch of the very first Terrible Thames Tour. Tommy has also offered independent Marketing and Ticketing support to Dewynters and ATG Touring venues. Most recently  Tommy is working on ABBA Voyage a ground-breaking concert in a custom-built arena in London.

Tommy’s main drive is to work collaboratively bringing together all aspects of Marketing and ticketing together. He is passionate and committed to every project and dedicated to giving the client a bespoke and professional service with a flexible and open mindset to ideas and initiatives.

One of the most positive people I know in this industry and his smile and positivity are infectious.  He'd be a great asset to any show.

We have been fortunate to work with Tommy since his employment with JHI Marketing where Tommy showed his expertise in delivering over and above our targets for our West End shows of David Walliams and Horrible Histories. His exemplary work for our production to relaunch the theatre at Alexandra Palace was hugely instrumental in its success. So we knew who we wanted in charge of ticketing for our brand new Horrible Histories tour of the Thames and our faith has been repaid twice over. We can certainly give Tommy our highest recommendation.

Neal Foster - Birmingham Stage Company

Tommy’s knowledge of ticketing is invaluable – he is able to set up and manage multiple platforms, analyse sales figures, suggest ticketing incentives and much more all with skill, diplomacy and charm.

Chloé Nelkin - Chloé Nelkin Consulting

I first worked with Tommy on our multi-arena tour of Peter Pan. He went above and beyond to maximise sales and manage our inventory from venues to 3rd party sellers. I was impressed with how efficient and diligent he was, so much so that we asked him to work on our other Multi-Arena Tour of Elf. I would highly recommend Tommy on any production.

Jon Conway - Jon Conway Productions

Tommy is always a pleasure to work with.  He knows what he's talking about and never gets flustered (at least, not outwardly!).  He's one of the most positive people I know in this industry and his smile and positivity are infectious.  He'd be a great asset to any show.

Amanda Malpass - Amanda Malpass PR

Tommy has supported multiple visiting productions at Park Theatre, advising producers on ticketing strategy, the best outlets to approach, setting up offers and leading on communications with ticketing agents. Tommy is very experienced and well connected in the world of ticketing and his insights and ideas are valuable to any campaign.

  Dawn James - Park Theatre

We have worked with Tommy since we started the company and he has played an integral role in building our relationship with the ticketing agents. Tommy has an acute knowledge due to his own box office background which is a great tool for anyone needing a boost on sales.

Roshni Savjani - Don’t Stop the Beat Productions

Tommy is great to work with on a show. He understands the detail and bigger picture of what we are all trying to achieve.

Ryan Woods - London Theatre Direct

Tommy has been a brilliant help and support in streamlining and implementing our Customer Service responses and strategy. His enthusiasm and positive attitude make him a pleasure to work with and his broad knowledge of ticketing and customer service would be incredibly valuable to any marketing strategy.

Emma Martin - Original Theatre Company

Tommy Luck is a pleasure to work with, his support of our charity has been invaluable! Tommy has opened the doors of the Arts and Culture to thousands of young people – thank you!

Elaine Grant - The Mousetrap Foundation

I can’t recommend Tommy highly enough, he’s thorough, helpful, and goes the extra mile.  I know I’m in safe hands.

Tommy is unrivalled in our industry as a ticketing manager. His knowledge, insight and contacts were invaluable to us on our West End transfer season, and undoubtedly contributed to our commercial success.
